Lively Apps is a Munich-based start-up. Since 2020, we have been developing SaaS software for the Atlassian ecosystem, particularly for the knowledge management and collaboration platform Confluence. With more than a dozen apps used daily by over 3 million users, we are already very successful and want to continue growing - with you!

You

  • You have completed your studies or training and have already gained experience in the role of an assistant.
  • You are a digital native and know how to organize a hybrid, international company.
  • You are motivated to organize and shape the working environment for all colleagues optimally, regardless of whether we work in the office or remotely.
  • You enjoy working in a motivated team, are creative, proactive, and dedicated, and can take an active role in organizing the company.
  • Ideally, you already have experience in event planning as well as expense and travel cost accounting.
  • You have fluent German and English language skills.

Your Future Role

  • You support the entire team with general organizational tasks.
  • You take care of expense and reimbursement accounting.
  • You independently plan and execute internal events and smaller gatherings, with support from the marketing team.
  • You take care of our Munich workplace on-site and support with the move to a larger office.
  • For the management, you take over scheduling and other organizational tasks when necessary.
  • You support the marketing team with tasks such as ordering promotional materials, sending newsletters, maintaining the website, and social media activities.

Additional Information

  • Even though we collaborate with colleagues from different cities and countries, we are currently strengthening the Munich location. The position of Team Assistant is linked to regular presence in the office.
  • We anticipate a weekly workload of between 20 and 30 hours.
