Send Reminders to Slack

Moving to Confluence Cloud? Task Reminder is available for Cloud!

Ever forgotten about your Confluence Tasks? But also tired of all these notification emails? Task Reminder 2.2.0 can now remind you of your Tasks with dedicated Slack messages:

Maintain separate schedules and recipients

Just like with emails, you will be able to configure:

• Who should receive reminders via Slack?
• When should reminders be sent via Slack?
• What tasks should be included?

We implemented a dedicated administration page for these settings:

With two dedicated jobs for two dedicated channels (Email, Slack), you will be able to use both of these channels with different schedules and a distinct set of users. Of course, you can also decide to use either Email or Slack for sending reminders.
